Standard returns are card refunds within 30 days of delivery. Trade-in returns are Farmhouse Friends-only — farmhouse friends-only · store credit on eligible trade-ins · within 365 days of delivery.

If inspection declines the item, no store credit is issued and the unit stays in our warehouse. We recycle or responsibly dispose of pieces we cannot list.

No. Use any box you have. Farmhouse Friends member orders include a reusable return envelope when eligible for trade-in returns.

Yes — gift recipients can exchange for size, return for credit, or move the item into our refurbished catalog with credit going back to the gifter (or themselves, with permission).

Trade-in returns earn a flat 20% of the item Members Price when approved. Refurbished items earn no store credit. Standard returns refund to your card instead of store credit.

Never. It stays on your account as long as the account exists. You can also gift it to another Baby Barn account.

Yes. Anything with a structural or safety concern is removed. Car seats, cribs, and items past their manufacturer expiry never re-enter the catalog at all.
