Store credit under the Farmhouse Friends circular program is issued after we receive and inspect returned items that meet program criteria. This policy explains how credit is calculated and how you can use it.
For qualifying returns tied to eligible Farmhouse Friends purchases, store credit is 20%of the item's Members Price for that line, unless a different rate is expressly stated on your order or in a promotion's terms.
Credit is not issued until inspection confirms the item matches the return criteria (cleanliness, described condition, and program eligibility). Items that fail inspection may be donated or discarded without credit, as communicated in program instructions.
Store credit applies toward future purchases on our site. It has no cash value, is non-transferable unless we agree otherwise, and does not expire while your account remains active.
Credit may be combined with other offers only where permitted at checkout. Tax treatment follows applicable law and is calculated on the payable balance after credit is applied where allowed.
